My panda charity has a new version of the panda stronghold, Fort Amo in the winter. Despite the fact that this location is on the outskirts of GE City and within sight distance, I removed the city from the backdrop just to open opportunities to those who would like to use this location in a medieval setting for instance, but wouldn't want a modern city in the background. I am gradually upgrading the stronghold from the original and may or may not share it....it depends how things go. When visiting Fort Amo, you may not expect as many pandas roaming within the stone walls as most of them are kept safely warm in the newly installed underground basement located beneath the earth of the panda stronghold.
