Here's what I did . The Thrixxx library top base texture comes in black , not white like the standard game version . I needed it in white for my shoulder holster texture so I did my best to make it white . So all I did was make a white shirt . Right ? So here you go , change it in any way you feel fit . It should be easy to change the pattern on the tie for someone looking to try working with textures . I uploaded the skirt because it matches the tie but I didn't mod it in any way !
